The boys faced some less than ideal circumstances in a match against a strong Oceanside team, but battled to the end and showed a lot of grit. Credit to the Chiefs for a great match and a lot of lessons learned.

Congratulations to Leo Torres on winning Man of the Match honors in Saturday’s home win against Kern! Leo made his triumphant return to the pitch three weeks ago from a torn ACL suffered in the preseason last year. Since his return he has been solid as they come. He took his play up a notch Saturday, making several open field try-saving tackles.
